Assess Digital Learning

Assessing Digital Learning and Instruction helps educators evaluate the impact of their innovation plans on creating effective digital learning environments.

The course will primarily focus on the topic of Action Research, which is a method used in the field of education to solve problems while they are being investigated. This method involves four phases: planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. It is an adaptive process that allows for iterative problem-solving and practical solutions. Teachers can use this method to systematically improve their practice by actively evaluating and reflecting on their actions.

Next, I would like to summarize the structure of this course through the following links:

Outline Assignment

Effective planning and design are crucial in interactive research. This assignment includes an action research design outline, which will structure and focus my literature review and action research plan. To learn more about the topic, I invite you to click on following link.

Literature Review

In the initial weeks of this course, I was tasked with examining literature related to educational technology implementations. The purpose was to identify effective measurement strategies and ideas that could be implemented in my action research plan. Based on my research and findings, I plan to create a formal literature review that will support my action research plan. This review will be a more comprehensive version of the literature review I created in EDLD 5305. I would like to invite you to join me in exploring several important bibliographies from different authors, each with great perspectives and knowledge.

Measurement, Connecting, and Communicate

My innovation plan focuses on managing the cultural aspects of organizational change in the context of the "Disruptive Innovation" subject. During my studies in "Leading Organizational Change," I formulated a 4DX plan, which serves as the basis for the innovation implementation strategy. Additionally, using reverse design methods, I developed innovative learning improvement plans for my learning environment while taking the course "Creating Meaningful Learning Environments." Currently, I am working on creating an action research plan to evaluate the effectiveness of my innovation plan. This approach involves teachers collaborating and discussing their ideas and concerns about their students, allowing us to engage in collective problem-solving and better understand our class. The knowledge acquired in this process is then applied to improve our teaching practices. I have attached my action research plan below for you to review.
