Professional Learning
What is professional learning?
It's the process of learning new skills and knowledge through ongoing education and training after you've joined the workforce. This can include attending classes or workshops, getting certificates, or attending industry conferences to learn more about your field. Professional development is about staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices and networking with other professionals in your industry.

There you will find a helpful guide that explains the relationship between the 5 Keys, collaboration, identifying who will lead, understanding your audience's needs, Fink's 3-column table, my PL schedule, and the resources for my PL. These resources will be of great help to you in your teaching and learning.
