Have you ever wondered why your students are not learning or unable to meet the curriculum goals? One of the reasons behind this problem could be that teachers are sometimes not adequately prepared to meet the needs of today's students. Help me understand how I can support your work in enhancing professional development.

THE WHY?

Every story has a background, and mine is no exception. With the need for a new generation of students, teachers must transform and prepare themselves to receive and educate these children. My project aims to create a radical change, which includes the teachers as well. Constant professional development will enable us to create, innovate, and improve the quality of education that we provide in the classroom.

THE WHAT?

By utilizing technology-based tools, teachers can enhance their learning experience by creating study materials based on the principles of COVA. This, in turn, allows teachers to effectively transmit their newfound knowledge to their students and achieve their goals. As an example, I will showcase a Call to Action video that effectively explains the benefits of professional learning.
