You have the power; I challenge you to make a change.

Updated: Jun 28, 2023

Words have power; I love knowing that if we change a little what we say, we could transform people's ideas; I love the video of the children trying to make smokers change their minds about smoking, the perspective in which things are seen it is impressive so sometimes because feelings interfere in how we do or say something.

Ultimately, one of our jobs as educators is to transform and change minds. In one of my blogs, I mentioned that for all the good things you do, the universe returns to you multiplied because this is a clear example that we must create positive minds and influence our students positively.

Have you been able to watch The Last Wagon on Netflix yet? This classic movie from the 80s portrays the inspiring story of a teacher who taught her students to love learning in a school with limited resources. Against all odds, she even taught one of her students how to read, who later became a successful teacher and inspector, despite facing economic hardships and tragedies. The movie beautifully demonstrates the power of words and actions to transform lives and inspire positive change, reminding us that our efforts can make a difference for future generations.
