Working together as a team is very important for achieving goals quickly and effectively. When people work together as a team, their individual skills are combined, and they can overcome their weaknesses. Different people have different ways of thinking, which can help to create new and innovative ideas. Teamwork is good because it promotes support and friendship between colleagues, and it reduces the amount of work each person needs to do, so everyone can work more efficiently. To be successful, team members need to communicate with each other openly and effectively. They should also have clear roles and responsibilities. It's important that everyone in the team trusts, respects, and is committed to working with each other. By working together, people can achieve more than they could alone. This creates strong relationships and a sense of community that goes beyond individual boundaries.

In every subject, there are challenges to face. In the subjects of Digital Resources and Digital Assessment, there were many challenges and complications, but our team managed to overcome them and complete all assignments.

In Digital Resources, the biggest challenge was the preparation of the Project Media. When my colleagues and I read the instructions, we were frustrated since we are not professionals in technology, and making a podcast seemed daunting. Thanks to Estefania, who is an enterprising person and likes to do research, we found an idea that we really liked. We decided to make mini podcasts with tips in relation to blended learning and rotation stations. This led us to develop our podcast Ready, Set E-Tips. It was not an easy task since we recorded our voices, created transcripts, edited audio, and did digital editing in our portfolio. However, I feel proud of myself and my teammates.

In the area of Digital Assessment, doing a second literature review was a great challenge. Although with the experience of the first one, we were able to resolve some doubts. It required extensive reading and an exhaustive search for suitable authors to support my research.

Our team used to have meetings once or twice a week, depending on our workload. Adriana was in charge of managing the links for these meetings. As a team, we shared various work materials for our literature review of the 5317 subject. Additionally, we shared resources from a few interesting pages on the internet to aid us in publishing our articles for the 5315 subject. Estefania designed the model of our podcast and we customized it to meet our preferences and requirements. She also collected evidence of our meetings. My responsibility was to read the assigments before the meetings so that I could explain in detail what we had to do and how much time we had to finish our work.

The discussions we had on the Blackboard were immensely helpful in clarifying the goals of our team. Moreover, the collaboration among the team members in revising the draft of our publication on topic 5315 enhanced the quality of our work significantly. I truly value the feedback that my colleagues share on my work, as they can often identify the things that I may have missed. Such feedback b/98oosts my confidence in delivering my work.

I am deeply grateful to Estefania and Adriana for their invaluable help throughout this adventure that we are almost ready to conclude./ Honestly, I don't know what I will do next. I will truly miss our meetings, the laughter we shared, and even the little bit of stress that came with coordinating the associations.

Thanks to our teamwork and strong relationship, we successfully completed our 7th and 8th subjects.
