Growth of mindset

I think that the mind of the human being is like a plant; it is a tiny seed that grows little by little when we take care of it and feed it correctly until it develops a beautiful bright flower full of life, that is how my form is to see the growth mindset, reap and sow in the lives of our students, let them know and we know that we can improve our learning and thinking, as teachers our job is to bring them closer to solving problems, group and individual learning, creating situations where they can have fun and learn at the same time. What a challenge. Nothing is impossible; if we love our profession, we will do it with much love and affection for our students. Let's go for those students with a YET, whose cognitive processes are on fire; we will look for talent and intelligence, as Carol Dweck said.
