My learning experience in ADL

The pace of technological growth is rapid and there's always something new to learn. Despite having completed my bachelor's degree over 10 years ago, I'm aware that a lot has changed since then. Initially, I was apprehensive due to my own fears and self-doubt, as I believed that the advances in technology had surpassed my abilities. However, I've realized that any limitations we face are only in our minds.

In these two months I have learned many things that I did not know before, I would like to start with the e-Portfolio course, this class never scared me, on the contrary, I was very intrigued from the beginning because I could not believe that now there is a tool that It helps to save our work in an organized way, using creativity and making our own decisions and style.

Out of all the platforms we learned about in the course, I found WIX to be the most enjoyable. Although there are other platforms available, WIX was initially challenging for me to navigate. However, I have since learned how to use its tools to create my portfolio. I am thrilled to showcase my creativity through my e-portfolio, as it is a reflection of my personal style. I particularly enjoy experimenting with colors and fonts. Through this tool, I have gained a great deal of knowledge. Additionally, I taught myself how to use CANVA to edit videos and sections of my portfolio, as well as CAPCUT to edit videos. Before starting the masters, I was unfamiliar with Google tools like Docs, calendar, and slides. However, I am proud to have learned how to use them independently and gradually.

The Disruptive Innovation course has been a great challenge for me, but it has also taught me the most theoretical teachings. I had not devoted myself to reading and reviewing authors to support my work in a long time, so developing a good reading habit was difficult. However, I am making progress, and I believe that the concept of Blended Learning is what I have learned best throughout this entire course. Prior to this, I had never heard of this approach, and I was pleasantly surprised by how all its components fit together to form a learning system with many benefits for studentsI've gained a lot of valuable knowledge during my studies, including Growth of Mindset, COVA, and CSLE.

Dr. Harapnuik, my teacher, has been a great inspiration to me with his vast knowledge and impressive career. The videos he's shared have been incredibly helpful in understanding how technology can enhance the learning process.

Even though I had never taken an online course before, it fits perfectly with my lifestyle and learning style because it entails a lot of autonomy and freedom. Also, It was a pleasure to share my work with colleagues and receive their positive feedback. I am grateful for my valuable and great work team, each member possesses valuable skills and knowledge, and I have learned a lot from all of them.

I am discovering a side of myself that I did not know existed, which is the technological side for my own learning. While this has been very new to me, I have learned crucial lessons that I am confident will be valuable throughout my professional and personal life. I am positive that I will continue to learn as time goes by.
