Professional growth is not easy to develop, it has a series of processes and some of them are difficult to overcome, as a purpose in this life it has its desired goal but to reach the goal there is a long road to travel, my life changed when I started I started studying my master's degree in applied learning a few months ago, I have learned many things and of course skills that I have been applying in my work environment, and I am eager to discover the result that being able to finish this adventure will bring me. COVA has been one of the most common terms in the course of this master's degree, since it is considered a model to follow in order to achieve a safe and effective learning environment. "it's about learning" is one of the phrases that has helped me not lose focus, we can use many work tools but our goal must always be learning, that is where COVA has a very important role since personally We can have choice, ownership and our own voice to achieve that desired learning environment that we were talking about earlier. Personally, COVA has helped me a lot to grow as an educator and to help understand my students, to give them their own voice, choice and autonomy to choose certain things that are in line with their learning. My preschoolers are still small but they can and know how to choose certain things. according to your age. Of course, since COVA and growth of mindset have a lot of relevance, above all, I think that in CHOICE and VOICE the relationship is stronger because we always have a choice to be able to be successful, to be able to achieve success there are many paths and the truth is there is no right path but rather The important thing is to reach the goal, perhaps we will not master all the knowledge YET, but with effort and dedication and of course listening to our inner VOICE I can see a promising future more closely.
