When discussing
Manifesto, I sense that the word carries significant weight and seriousness. It represents one's personal and professional beliefs. I have experienced trepidation in sharing my thoughts due to the fear of judgment. However, as I have encountered individuals throughout my journey, I have learned to stand up for my ideals and value my beliefs. It is essential to believe in oneself and the work and dedication put forth. I find joy and privilege in creating valuable experiences, compiling precious moments that allow for personal and professional growth. Life is a continuous teacher, and we are always learning and growing, not just in a single moment or season. We should embrace each day as an opportunity to learn and move forward on our path.
I believe that the Learning Manifesto and Growth Mindset are interconnected. The Learning Manifesto entails our beliefs and values as individuals, while the Growth Mindset promotes positivity and progress. Once these two concepts are combined, achieving one's goals and ideals may be challenging due to personal and social struggles, but the power of 'yet' comes in handy. If one cannot achieve it now, with dedication and effort, it can be accomplished tomorrow. This is similar to a chain of events that leads to the same path: Learning.
