As educational personnel and human beings, it is crucial to have a voice and share our knowledge with others. I am someone who finds joy in helping others, especially when people visit my e-portfolio and seek information from my research to aid them in their journey as students or educators. The blessing of extending learning and reaching a broader audience is amplified with the advanced tools available today.
My innovative proposal is to teach mathematics through blended learning. The main topic I want to discuss is "Growth Mindset and Technology: Ensuring Success in Learning Mathematics Among Young Children."
Sites that have caught my interest to publishing:
Google's suite of digital tools, including Docs, Slides, and Sheets, has been tremendously helpful for me in connecting with my colleagues. Additionally, platforms like Zoom have made it much easier for me to navigate my master's degree program, as well as my personal and professional endeavors.
In all honesty, there is always room for improvement, especially with the rapid technological advancements. It seems like newer and more modern tools are being released constantly, and we need to stay up-to-date and familiarize ourselves with these tools. As our students are growing up in this new era, it's crucial that we understand and adapt to their needs. If we don't, we run the risk of becoming obsolete and irrelevant.
