Get ready, set, go! It's time to change your behavior and make a positive impact.

To achieve the main purpose of the project, commitment is crucial. You have two options: change your attitude and work towards the objectives, or maintain a closed mentality and watch others achieve their goals and proposals while you remain stagnant.

In order to achieve your goals, creating a plan of action is crucial. We implemented the six sources of influence from the book "Influencer: The New Science of Leading Change". As a leader, it is crucial to start by implementing changes within yourself before expecting them from others in the work environment. The 6 resources for influence provide guidance on how to motivate and develop skills in each area, allowing us to make real changes and ultimately reach our desired objectives. Allow me to clarify the behaviors that I wish to modify:

Working with pre-kindergarten children involves many challenges in achieving our objectives. One of the biggest challenges is that the students are very young and may not fully understand that a project requires commitment to complete successfully. Unfortunately, some parents may also undervalue the importance of this stage, believing that pre-kindergarten is solely for childcare. However, commitment is crucial to success, and I am dedicated to changing the mindset and perceptions of certain members of the school community to ensure that we can achieve our goals.

One of the behaviors on the road that I would like to change is the lack of autonomy, especially among pre-kindergarten students who require a lot of assistance to function. I believe in teaching them that despite their small size, they are capable of doing things on their own with the right support and confidence. Another behavior that can be improved is teamwork. While there may not be a significant issue, there are situations where teamwork could be better. This includes committing to the project and working towards the goals.

In order to establish a authentic learning atmosphere, we must be willing to make certain changes, even if we are resistant to trying new things in the classroom. Creating a comfortable work environment is crucial for facilitating learning, and ensuring that children attend school with a positive attitude and without fear. This is the final behavior that I aim to modify.

Though it may not be easy and there will be challenges, I am confident that with my skills and motivation, I can achieve my goals and positively impact my school community.
