The teacher's job: changing little minds!

The power of influence is truly remarkable in shaping students' lives. It's like a chain reaction where each link depends on the other. And if we want to achieve our goal, we need to work on improving each source. Let's start with age - the child I'm currently working with is in prekindergarten. While this may present some challenges, it also presents unique opportunities to explore the six sources of influence in the personal domain. By investing in their immediate surroundings, we can boost children's sense of protection and confidence, ultimately enhancing their personal skills and overall security. And the best part? This approach benefits not only the children but the entire educational community as well.

During the prekindergarten phase, Young children. are beginning to comprehend the importance of social interactions and the role they play in achieving their goals. Celebrating their accomplishments with the community fosters a sense of confidence in their personal and motivational growth.

Encouraging our little ones to stay motivated is crucial! This is where the structural aspect comes in, as it plays a crucial role in helping us achieve our goals and objectives. Rewarding them for their determination and hard work is an amazing way to show them that their efforts are appreciated. Remember, they're still young and learning how to navigate the world around them. With a little patience and understanding, we can help them achieve great things and watch them grow into amazing individuals!

Lastly, I had to tell you about this amazing video I saw called "All Washed Up!" This is a social experiment with children that shows the importance of washing hands before meals. The way one child's actions and words inspired others was simply incredible. It just goes to show the impact we can have on others with even the smallest act. I highly recommend checking it out and taking a moment to think about how it can change our perceptions.

So let's get started and make a positive impact today!
